Following the UK and Thai National curriculum learning frameworks, our “IBS International Programme” (which falls under the Early Years Foundation stage K.1-3) aims to provide experiences through natural play that are age-appropriate, including whole child development: physical, emotional, social and cognitive. The academic focus at this stage gives special emphasis not only on a child's self and their surroundings, but also paves the basic linguistic, mathematics and science foundations. Children also develop to have more self-reliance, self-expression and ethical values as a basis for higher learning.
The available learning programmes at IBS are: 1.) International Programme (IP) consisting 90% English subjects and 10% Thai learning subjects. 2.) Intensive English Programme (IEP) consisting 60% English subjects and 40% Thai subjects. Chinese language (standard Mandarin) is built into the learning curriculum starting from PK up to Grade 12.
